  • Approximate IP-based geolocation.

  • Booking management and stay execution.
  • Performance of the short-term rental mandate (owners).

  • Legal compliance (tax declarations, tourist tax, national register of furnished tourist accommodation, accounting).

7. Retention

  • Guest data: 3 years from last stay (except accounting retention: 10 years).
  • Owner data: mandate duration + 10 years.
  • Prospects: 3 years from last contact.
  • Browsing data: 13 months max.

9. Security

TLS encryption, France-based hosting, restricted access to authorised staff, strong password policy, regular backups, IBAN masking in UI.

10. Cookies

We use (i) strictly necessary, (ii) performance (anonymised), and (iii) functional cookies. You can set your browser to refuse them. Disabling some cookies may affect the site.

11. Transfers outside the EU

Your data is hosted and processed within the EU (France). No transfer outside the EU occurs without GDPR-appropriate safeguards.
